Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Just Teach Method Affiliate Program. Just Teach Method, based in Famagusta, Cyprus, is operated by Avrosina Enterprises Ltd. Our program is designed to partner with entities such as TEFL courses, educational bloggers, teaching professionals, and anyone who communicates with or has an audience of language teachers.
Together, we promote our comprehensive, ready-to-use ESL teaching resources.
2. Program Eligibility and Approval
- Affiliates must apply to our program and will be approved based on their capacity to effectively reach an audience of educators.
- Approval is granted at the discretion of Just Teach Method, which ensures alignment with our educational values and goals.
- We reserve the right to refuse partnership with any entity that displays extremist views, engages in racist behavior, or promotes any form of discrimination.
- Additionally, we will not partner with profiles that we deem to be not legitimate or those that
engage in deceptive practices.
- Our aim is to maintain a reputable and constructive affiliate network that upholds the integrity and values of educational inclusivity and equity.
3. Membership Offerings
Just Teach Method provides two dynamic membership tiers, continuously enriched with new educational materials:
- BasicMembership: $14.98/month
- Access to over 80 lessons and 50 videos. New lessons and videos are added every month.
- Members also enjoy access to a private Facebook group and receive a fortnightly newsletter filled with educational insights and updates.
- PremiumMembership: $19.98/month
- Access to over 180 lessons and 110 videos. New lessons and videos are added every month.
- Enhanced benefits include access to two Masterclasses per year and additional educational resources that are frequently updated.
4. Discount Offers
- Any new members who join through your affiliate link will receive a lifetime 5% discount on their memberships. To facilitate this, a unique promo code will be generated for you.
- To ensure that the discount is valid and that you, as the affiliate, receive the correct commissions, the username in the affiliate link and the promo code used at checkout must match.
This policy helps to accurately track and attribute commissions, even if someone uses your promo code without directly clicking on your affiliate link.
5. Commission Payment
Commissions are calculated as 40% of the full membership price and are paid out based on the payment interval chosen by the referred member:
- If the member referred by your affiliate link opts to pay annually, you will receive your 40% commission in one lump sum following their payment.
- If the referred member chooses monthly payments, your commissions will be distributed monthly.
5a. Payment Schedule and Invoicing:
- Commissions are paid on the 28th of each month for invoices submitted by the 25th of that month.
- If you do not submit an invoice by the 25th of the month, your earned commissions will not be lost. Instead, they will accumulate and carry over to subsequent months.
- This accumulation continues until you submit an invoice. Once you have submitted an invoice and your accumulated commissions meet the minimum threshold, your payment will be processed on the 28th of that month.
5b. Minimum Payout and Method:
- The minimum payout threshold is USD 50.
- All payments are made via PayPal only.
5c. Payment Conditions:
- Payments are subject to verification and reconciliation of membership status and adherence to the terms of the program.
- Commissions will cease to be paid if a referred member cancels their service.
This policy ensures that commissions are only distributed for active, paying members. As such, the termination of a member’s subscription immediately discontinues any further commission payments associated with that account.
Example Scenario for Affiliates:
If you, as an affiliate, refer 20 members per month to sign up for our Premium Membership priced at $19.98/month, your monthly earnings would be calculated as follows:
20 members × USD19.98 = USD399.60
From this amount, you would earn a 40% commission, which means:
USD159.84 per month commission.
7. Marketing and Promotion
- Affiliates are welcome to request specific creatives from Just Teach Method. We are ready to tailor these materials to meet your specific needs and ensure they align with your marketing efforts.
- Additionally, feel free to check our creative library in the affiliate dashboard for readily available materials that might suit your needs.
- While we encourage custom promotions, they should adhere to the voice and tone of Just Teach Method.
We expect all affiliate content to maintain the integrity of our brand, avoiding any association with inappropriate or offensive content.
8. Termination and Modification
Just Teach Method reserves the right to terminate or modify the affiliate program or an affiliate’s participation therein, with notice, due to non-compliance with these terms or for any other business reason.
9. Legal and Compliance
Just Teach Method, based in Cyprus, holds the copyrights to all materials provided. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing advertising, referrals, and copyright laws. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities align with these legal requirements as well as with the ethical standards set forth by Just Teach Method.
As an affiliate, you are expected to uphold the integrity of Just Teach Method by ensuring all content shared and promoted is accurate and in compliance with the stipulated regulations. Misrepresentation of products or services, or engaging in any illegal advertising practices, will result in termination of the affiliate agreement and possible legal action.
